Copy of my Business card before the pain and spasms forced me to close quit my business, SCI patients need and no injury has the same complications, extreme spasms are horrible

Thank you Doctors and Nurses for keeping me alive they will give referrals.
Copy of my Business card before I was shot and paralyzed and had to close my business one of many devastating times in my life. Hire me to text on all the social media sites and where you want, all I can do is lay here. Let me be useful

All SCI patients health care is different from one patient to another but there are some similarity's I listed some important information. Spinal cord injury is a traumatic experience for anyone:
1. A soft place to sit or lay down on is Very important, use an air filled cushion to sit on and a gel or air mattress to sleep on.
2. It’s very important to pressure relive, tilt side to side and raise yourself off the cushion every hour or less if able to. Tilt side to side if you can’t do wheel chair push ups.
3. When sleeping change sides, sleep on your left side then right then back every 3-4 hours if you can. It’s hard or impossible to lay flat on our stomach because spasms will increase and try to draw, bend you to the fetal position.
4. Eat lots of fiber because staying regular helps decrease the pain level, it does for me.
5. Exercise if you can stretch your legs and exercise your upper body. We need people to help us and that’s hard to find, most don’t want to help you every day.
6. I suffer from extreme spasms, pain and wounds. I found out the hard way. The fewer spasms you have make life easier to live. They ruin my life. I have been fighting spasms ever since my injury and my baclofen Medtronic pump quit doing its job. I blame it on the pain, pump doctor that didn't’t know what he was doing; none of them did when it stopped relaxing my body.
7. I find it impossible to live every day pain and spasm free. For most of us life is horrible living paralyzed. Are you really happy living paralyzed? There is so much more to learn about spinal cord injury patients. It’s a multi-million dollar business taking care of the disabled, crippled. Do the suppliers and specialist want a cure and lose all the money they are making? Makes you wonder...
8. I will provide more information later, I’m in pain. My story about getting shot and what I been through is listed below. I hope you and others can learn something from it. I tried to stretch my legs by tying them to the bed and other objects and it made my hip joints worst.
From experience I found that extreme spasms are bad in every way, they ruin my life, cause your wounds to heal slower and increase the pain, they are horrible.

Spinal cord injury can happen to anyone, but some people are at higher risk, including:
•Men – 80% of all spinal cord injury survivors are male
•Young adults – more than half of spinal cord injuries happen to people age 16-30
•Elderly people – usually from falls
•People active in sports – high-risk athletics, in particular
•People with bone or joint conditions – for example arthritis, osteoporosis

My first request is pain and spasms free, please Help? I want a better quality of life, for starters the ability to setup without extreme pain and spasms. If you think you know what is causing this and can help, let me know? If you need more information read my story, if that’s not enough I’m willing to see a doctor but it has to count, because I will have to endure extreme pain and spasms while I wait. The longer I wait the more intense the pain and spasms, so if I could lie down while I wait it would be most appreciative. I have insurance.
I know my prognosis will cost and require experienced doctors who treated patients with nerve damage and spinal cord injury.

NEED MORE DOCTORS HELPING ME. I have a wound care and Primary care Doctor I see on a regular schedule. My Primary doctor takes care of my spasms and pains the best he can. I need treatment that will stop the extreme spasms and pain. I was told cutting the spinal cord will not guarantee a decrease in spasms and pain but a horrible increase in bowel and bladder difficulties. My body and mind can’t envision a trip to a Doctor without hope and help. I have to tolerate the ride, extra pain, stress, getting ready. I need to take the first step at home before I get out and undergo the increased spasms and pain waiting on someone to help me and then maybe refuse me service? I don't want to undergo another rejection like I have again and again and again with no credible explanations. Can you understand? I have Medicare and Medicaid insurance.

I need a doctor or doctors that can handle a challenge, who treated gunshot injury or years treating Spinal cord injury patients. They need to know a lot about the baclofen/pain pumps to understand what I’m talking about and been through and most important trust in me and listen to the details. If you don’t trust me then you could make things worst like my last pain doctor did. I understand it’s not an easy job treating me because my injury is so isolated nothing and no one you can compare me to. I’m willing to do what you ask as long as it’s reasonable. You can ask my regular doctor or wound care doctor any questions. I like them we respect each other and it’s been a privilege working with them and knowing them very well over the years, one I’ve known before my accident. Thanks for your time. Jeffrey Ramsey

Its very important Doctors and patients read this. I will get the Doctors name or company that relates to this appointment, they put their name on my credit report so give me some time (SOUTHERN PAIN SPECIALISTS : Birmingham, Alabama). I apologize for my English; remember im in a lot of pain. This relates to my Pump implanted in my body and the help I was trying to receive to correct it. I remember an appointment I had in Birmingham its about 50 miles from where I live. My mom and dad drove me there. It was about 5 years ago. I remember getting ready while in pain and it increased the more I got ready and the trip up there was hard. I was thinking this is the answer I been looking for. I and my parents were hopeful. It was an appointment to take over service, diagnose my baclofen/morphine pump that was not working like it did in the past. I was stiff and the spasms were severe and so was the pain. When I got inside the doctors office They were nice, they helped me on a table/ bed which are always hard in the hospitals and doctors offices to a paralyzed person, especially if you have some feeling like I do. I remember the lights and equipment and video screen.. The Doctor poked a syringe through my skin into the pump, this forced medicine through the catheter that ties to the pump and carries medicine to the spinal cord. As soon as I seen the medicine on the screen bath the area at the end of the catheter at the same time my legs instantly relaxed and it felt like that’s the way its suppose to be all the time, it was very relaxing compared to what I been living with, but less than an hour later my legs draw up and the pain came back. I was told to see their sociologist/ psychiatrist because it was their rules to become a new patient, this was okay I just wanted some relief. The Dr. sociologist/ psychiatrist told me he was in pain all the time but he was walking around smiling and talking about listening to heavy metal music and reading books and how long he had chronic or just pain. I thought he was cool. I replied I listen to music also to help with my pain sometimes and I like a few heavy metal bands. Anyway He told me that I wasn’t really in that much pain

it’s just the lortab that I want and he almost had me believing it when I left. I was prescribed lortab by my regular doctor because I came to him asking for relief, way Prier to this appointment. I left thinking maybe the pump will start working better n maybe my legs will relax and the pain will ease in a day or two or maybe they will move the catheter to another location anything to help in the future. Guess what? The spasms and pain didn’t change in 4 days as usual with the past test. I called and ask the receptionist who answered is there anything they can do to help because there’s no change im still stiff and in pain? I think the lady put me on hold, came back and said not to come back to your scheduled appointment or refill date instead she said go to a treatment center, I was blown away and almost started crying and got angry at the same time, this was the receptionist not the RN, Dr or sociologist/ psychiatrist that told me this. I don’t remember what I said but there wasn’t much I could say. What is wrong with some people? They have no compassion at all. I was left with going back to a man that neglected to listen to me and not try anything new or test etc like with all of them. I don’t think they know what their really doing when it comes to the pump or maybe they haven’t seen a case like mine and didn’t want to bother to find out what was going on with the whole pump and catheter system. My pain and extreme spasms didn’t seem to bother them at all or why wouldn’t they believe me I spoke when I felt the medicine it was working. Why can’t it keep working like it did when they test it? Oh BTW SOUTHERN PAIN SPECIALISTS : Birmingham, Alabama, You got paid by Medicare then dropped me like a rock. I hope you don’t treat all your customers like this. If anyone reading this had problems with this Company please post a comment. If you have a Medtronic Pump and you had similar problems please let me know who helped you and how? I think all the past doctors, all they had to do was move and place the catheter in a different location on my spinal cord? Is that to much to ask? Click on comments to post a quick message. Post under anonymous if you prefer not to login. It's hard to get help if your just one person fighting with the extream spasms and pain. I value your comments. My tragic story about taking a bullet in the back posted further down in my blog. I swear to God that every since I was shot that I have had pain from my injury and now its at its peak and will take a lie detector test to prove it!

please help me? Serious compassionate non critical calls only, please. I have been rejected by doctors that didn’t take the time to know me and I know there not all like that. I see two doctors that really help, care and know me as a person, their just not in the field I need for my type of prognosis, but I want them to be informed with what (Specialist) Doctor I see and what they can do as far as helping me with my extreme spasms and nerve damage. When I searched for pain and spasm relief all I got was; we want treat your pain and work through the pain your really not in that much pain crap. They had me believing it but I found out this isn’t in my head the whole time my body was suffering from breakdown and the bone and bullet fragments in my spinal cord wasn’t helping. I haven’t spoken with them and they don’t know about by hip joints while under their care and didn’t want to listen when I explained my pain and spasms are worst and you could see it and feel the spasms

I'm sorry I haven't replied in a long time, I been fighting these horrible complications with all my senses and didn't have time to catch up and reply to everyone. Its the hardest I've had to fight, after being shot.
